Together with a number of our customers, we have developed algorithms that maximize utilization of your current user licenses.How it works
License utilization is analyzed using the native logging facility of your Remedy server. This log data yealds a list of users you should move from FIXED to FLOAT licenses and vice versa. The system also gives you the optimal mix of FIXED and FLOAT licenses your server should have.
The pictures show statistics from one week of logging. To the left is the current situation, and to the right a simulation of the same week with user and system licenses optimized.
No installation is needed, as this service is run on our website. You can optionally install an offline version locally.
