Your email address as well as other information about you and your company will be kept protected from abuse.

You can choose to have all submitted data removed from our system at any time.

Access to the information you submit will be controlled by you and your company.

All information sent to and from RRR|Online using your browser will be encrypted using SSL to ensure privacy.

We at RRR AB will monitor the applications at RRR|Online to make sure that all services are functioning properly.

We log all access to the system by storing email address, script name of url and timestamp. This information will only be used for overall statistical purposes and to track errors or abuse of RRR|Online.

The Company

RRR Scandinavia is based in Stockholm, Sweden and was founded by Misi Mladoniczky in 2001. Misi has worked as a Remedy AR System consultant since 1995 and is a well-known profile on ARS-list and the BMC Product Forums, earning the title “Most Valuable Contributor to ARS-list” at the 2011 World Wide Remedy User Group.

RRR offers high-end Remedy consulting to companies all over the world. Our consultants are very experienced, both in terms of technical and business knowledge. Some of our customers are Sony Ericsson, Vattenfall, Svenska Spel, Scania Trucks and SunGard.

The Products

Over the years, we have developed a number of products and tools for the Remedy ARS community. Most of these are free utilities whereas our flagship products RRR|License (Remedy license optimization) and RRR|Log (Remedy performance tuning) are licensed products. Our product and tool offering is constantly growing. Please let us know if you have a need for a certain tool. Perhaps we will develop it for you!
