This program will find all *.arq and *.arm files in the specified directory
and convert them to work against a new servername.
If multiple source servers are specified, no space is allowed between them!
If sourcedir is not specified, the sourcedir is set to the current directory
If targetdir is not specified, the targetdir is set to sourcedir
